How to make

1. Melt the butter, add sour cream, beat in the egg, add salt (to taste) and mix.

2. Sift flour with baking powder, add and knead to a soft, elastic dough.

3. Wrap the dough in plastic film and put it in the refrigerator.

4. Cut the chicken fillet (about 300-400 g) into small pieces.

5. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

6. Add fillet, potatoes, minced meat, finely chopped onions, pepper mixture and salt. Mix it up.

7. Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. Place most of it on baking paper and roll it into an oval shape. Roll out the smaller portion of the dough into a layer of the same size.

8. Arrange the filling, place the other part of the dough, press the edges. Make lines with a fork. Brush the beaten cake with egg. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
