How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients. Wash the ribs, cut into segments between the bones. Pour water into a saucepan, put the ribs and cook over low heat, and after boiling and scraping off the foam, for 40 minutes

2. Wash the cabbage and cut into thin strips, put in a saucepan. After boiling everything, cook for 7 minutes over medium heat.

3. Peel the potatoes and cut into strips. Put the potatoes in the soup and cook for 15 minutes.

4. Peel and wash carrots and onions. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, add grated carrots and finely chopped onions.

5. Simmer the vegetables for 7 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

6. Wash the peppers, cut off the stalk and remove the seeds, cut into strips. Put in a pan and fry for 5 minutes with other vegetables.

7. Remove the cuticle from the canned tomatoes, chop and add to the vegetables. While stirring, fry for another 5-7 minutes.
