1. In a deep bowl, mix the boiled rice, pork mince, eggs, salt and spices.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, fry the cutlets for 1 minute on each side.

4. We put the cutlets in a saucepan, add bay leaf, half onion and pepper peas.

5. Mix tomato paste with 300 ml of water. Pour cutlets with a mixture of tomatoes, add water so that the cutlets cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to a minimum, cook for 1 hour.
