This recipe for soup from fried vegetables caught the eye quite by accident, but I liked the idea so much that I decided to implement it. A delicious, hearty and healthy dish for lunch. For cooking, you can use a variety of vegetables. If you want a vegetarian dish, use vegetable broth or water. Vegetables you can bake in a baking sheet or baking bag. If you use bell pepper, then after cooking you need to remove the peel so that it does not fall into the dish.

How to make
