When I want something simple and quick with tea, I often make a very quick cake with berries. Products for such a cake are always in any refrigerator, and it only takes 15 minutes.

Berries1.5 cups (frozen)

How to make

1. Prepare your ingredients.

2. Beat eggs with sugar until the volume increases 3 times.

3. While continuing to beat, pour vegetable oil in a thin stream.

4. Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Sift the egg mixture into the bowl.

5. Stir in the flour at low speed. Add condensed milk and mix carefully.

6. Add a glass of frozen berries to the dough. Mix it up.

7. Place the dough in a lightly greased microwaveable bowl. Spread the remaining berries on top.

8. Bake the cake for 5 minutes in an 800 W microwave oven. Then let it stand for another 5 minutes. Check with a wooden skewer. If necessary, bake the cake for another minute.

9. Remove the cake from the form, let it cool a little and serve, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
