Kisiels can be prepared all year round from both fresh and frozen berries. With such preparation, almost all vitamins remain in the kissel, since they are practically not subjected to heat treatment. How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making cranberry kissel.

2. Sort out the cranberries, wash and crush the berries until puree. Squeeze the juice and put it in the refrigerator for now.

3. Put the squeezed cranberry pulp in a saucepan and pour water. Put on medium heat and bring everything to a boil and immediately remove from heat.

5. Drain part of the broth, cool completely and mix with starch. Put the pot on medium heat and bring to a boil. Immediately stirring until smooth, pour the diluted starch in a stream. Let it boil, cook for only a minute and remove from heat.
