How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Boil the pork ribs in 2 liters of water. Strain the broth. Cut off the ribs. Cut into pieces and set aside.

3. Rinse millet under running water, then pour boiling water and set aside.

4. Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces.

5. Put the pumpkin in the broth. If the liquid has boiled too much, add to a volume of up to 2 liters. Put on the fire. Cook until the pumpkin is cooked.

6. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the onion as desired. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil until tender.

7. When the pumpkin is cooked, crush it with a blender until smooth.

8. Rub the millet with your hands so that there is no bitterness. Cut the potatoes into cubes in 2 cm.

9. Add millet, potatoes, chopped boiled meat from ribs, fried onions and carrots to the broth with chopped pumpkin. Salt to taste and add pepper. Put on the fire and cook over medium heat until the potatoes are cooked. Five minutes before preparation, add chopped dill.

10. When the soup is ready, turn off the fire and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then serve.
