Everyone loves cutlets! After all, it's easy to cook juicy and pink cutlets yourself. To make it even tastier add grated cheese to the mince! Overeating! Meatballs differ from cutlets not only in shape. Meat dumplings are round and cutlets are oval. The main difference of cutlets is baking only in flour. After all, meatballs, unlike cutlets, must not have a dry crispy crust. Therefore, cutlets are prepared under the lid. Often, cutlets are additionally warmed up with sauce or even baked under it. And this is precisely the main difference between meatballs and cutlets.
