You can serve potato cakes as a hot dish. Simple, full and tasty. I'm sharing the recipe! In order for the potato cakes to retain their shape, potatoes must be boiled and mashed with a small amount of liquid. Puree does not have to be liquid. It is also necessary to form cakes from a slightly warm mass, since the heat badly retains its shape.

How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry until golden brown in oil.

3. Add minced meat, salt, spices. Bake until cooked.

4. At the very end of cooking, pour tomato paste. Stir. Keep on the fire for another 5 minutes and remove.

5. The filling is ready.

6. Boil the potatoes until tender. Do not completely drain the water in which the potatoes boiled.

7. Make a thick puree by adding 2.5 teaspoons of oil and salt to taste. Set aside so that the puree cools to a temperature of 40-50 degrees.

8. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add sour cream. Stir.

9. Take a spacious baking sheet. Roll the warm puree into balls the size of tennis balls. Leave for 5 minutes so that the potatoes dry slightly. Then form a "basket" with your hands.

10. Add the meat filling, lightly pressing it with a spoon.

11. Apply sour cream and cheese on top. Smooth it out. Place the tin with cheesecakes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
