Despite the simplicity of the recipe and quite inexpensive fish, this dish is very tasty, nutritious and healthy. Many remember him from the times of kindergarten. Delicious, simple and fast! Not all children love fish, many refuse this healthy dish. But there are recipes that have proven themselves over the years and are used in the diet of preschoolers. Even many adults with nostalgia remember the delicate taste of bodysuits, hake and cod, which was served for lunch in the nursery. There are many cooking options, today I will share one of the ways. Try it too! Instead of pollock, you can use hake or cod fillet. Sour cream can be used less oily, and ketchup can be added instead of tomato paste.
