Today we will cook aromatic, hearty, delicious Polish tomato soup. You can serve soup as lunch for the whole family. You can supplement the soup with sour cream, bread and onion letters. For a saturated and fragrant broth we use beef and chicken. Add rice, tomato sauce and potatoes to the soup. A hearty and very aromatic soup is obtained, which can be served alone or with herbs and bread.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Predetermine the broth so that it boils. For the broth, take a pot of a suitable volume, put the beef, any part of the chicken coop, pour water and put it on the fire. Boil the broth for 1.5 hours. When the broth is just boiling, strain the foam.

2. After the specified time, add bay leaf, salt, pepper to the broth.

3. Remove the beef from the broth, chop and put it in a saucepan again. If you use more wings, you can leave them whole, you can also disassemble the meat and return them to the broth.

4. Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into large pieces and pour into the broth. Add rice. Boil rice and potatoes for 15 minutes.

5. Peel onions, carrots and bell peppers. Wash and dry the vegetables. Then cut the onion into small cubes, cut the carrots into cubes, and also cut the pepper into small cubes or strips.

6. Heat the pan and pour in a little oil, add the vegetables and fry until tender, stirring, for 4-5 minutes. Then add the tomato paste and a little water or tomato juice. Simmer the sauce for three minutes. If desired, add spices too paprika, garlic powder.

7. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and cook the soup for 10 minutes. Then, if desired, add herbs, adjust the taste with salt. Let the soup boil a little and serve.
