How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. Pre-peel the potatoes and wash them to remove dirt.

2. Cut the pork into portions and beat it a little with a kitchen hammer. When whipping, cover the meat with a film so that the edges of the lumps do not stain and tear. Sprinkle the meat with salt and spices.

3. To make the dough, grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Drain the liquid. Break an egg into the potatoes, add sour cream and flour. Sprinkle with salt and spices to taste. Mix all the ingredients.

5. Pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and put the meat down the dough. Put more dough on top of the meat.

6. Fry the meat in batter on low heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. The meat should have time to cook inside, but the potatoes should not begin to burn. To make the meat cook, cover the pan with a lid.
