I offer a very interesting recipe for a cake with cottage cheese and onion letters. I have loved this taste since childhood, we used to make various options small pastries, cheesecakes and a large cake. The recipe for the cake is a very simple, ordinary cake of crumbly dough. It is better to rub the curd mass through a sieve or crush it with a blender.

How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Add 2/3 of the whole flour and diced cold butter to the blender. Add salt and baking powder.

4. Break an egg, pour in sour cream and pour a spoonful of ice water.

5. Crush again with a blender.

6. Put the dough on a table sprinkled with the remaining flour and continue kneading the dough with your hands.

7. Put the kneaded dough in a bag and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.

8. Prepare the filling. If the cottage cheese is grainy, crush with a blender or rub through a sieve.

9. Break an egg into the cottage cheese, add a pinch of salt and granulated sugar.

10. Chop the onion letters.

12. Mix the filling thoroughly.

13. Put the dough in a mold, having previously rolled it into a layer and transferred to the mold, form the sides, beat the bottom with a fork and bake for 5 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

14. Fill the dough basket with the filling and bake in an oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

15. Before removing from the mold, let the cake cool for 10-15 minutes.
