If you do not have time and really want delicious pastries to tea, pay attention to the following recipe. Cake gets fluffy, non-dry, a lot of stuffing in the middle. Thanks to vegetable oil, the cake becomes moist and very soft, so remove it only completely cooled. For the filling, you can use any thick jam or jam. If the jam is a little sour, you can sprinkle the top of the cake with powdered sugar.

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

4. Mix flour with baking powder and sift into a bowl with eggs, milk and vegetable oil. Knead the liquid dough without lumps.

5. Smear a baking sheet with a diameter of 18 centimeters with vegetable oil and pour half the dough. Place in a hot oven and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15 minutes. During this time, the dough will rise and stiffen, which will allow the filling not to sit to the bottom.

6. Apply jam, I used gooseberry, in an even layer, without reaching the edge.

7. Pour the remaining dough over the jam and level it. Sprinkle chopped nuts or almond petals on top of the cake.

8. Place the cake back in the oven and bake for another 25 minutes until cooked and golden. Remove the cake and let stand for 5 minutes, then remove. If desired, still hot, brush the sides and top with jam. Let the cake cool completely and serve.
