A porous, slightly crumbling and crumbly crust is all about oatmeal bread with kefir. Very easy to prepare, perfect for sandwiches or as an addition to dishes. I used instant oats to make this bread. Before cutting the oat bread, be sure to cool completely.

3. Turn on the device for 1 minute.
-
4. Break the eggs into a large bowl, add vegetable oil and add salt.
-
5. Stir these ingredients intensively with a whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
-
-
6. Pour kefir and add soda.
-
7. Mix these ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is formed.

8. Add chopped oatmeal.
-
9. Stir them until you get a homogeneous oatmeal dough. The consistency of the dough is thick and viscous, you need to pour it into the form with a spoon, and not with your hands.
-
10. I have 2 ceramic molds with a volume of 500 ml. for baking. I highly recommend putting a piece of high-quality baking paper on the bottom of any mold, except silicone. Put oatmeal dough in the prepared form and smooth the surface of the future bread with wet hands. Put the bread to bake in the oven, already preheated to 180 degrees, for 25 minutes. A sign of readiness is a crust of golden brown color.

11. Remove oatmeal bread from the mold, cool completely and serve.
