  • How to make
  • First, grease a 13x9 baking dish with butter. We can also line it with butter paper. Finely chop the chocolate and set aside.
  • We mix sugar, butter and coconut milk, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, cook for about five minutes at medium temperature - if we use a food thermometer, it should show a temperature of about 110 degrees.
  • Remove from the heat, stir in the chocolate, continue stirring until the chocolate melts, then add the marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts.
  • Pour the caramel into the prepared baking dish and cool it. It can be stored at room temperature, but we can chill it in the refrigerator overnight, then it is easy to cut into half-inch cubes.
