Those who like ordinary pastries will like a cake with cheese and tomatoes. Everything is prepared simply and quite fast, any housewife can do it. A great choice for for breakfast or snacks! This cake is prepared according to the principle of quiche, but with puff pastry, which simplifies the cooking process. The cake is ready when the surface is strengthened, and when pressed, it bounces off. Dill can be replaced with any herbs, and cherry - with ordinary tomatoes. But choose tomatoes hard and watery so that the cake does not turn wet.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Remove the dough in advance so that it defrosts. Wash the tomatoes and let them dry.

2. Roll out the puff pastry a little and put it in a baking dish. Beat the bottom with a fork and cut a little dough around the edge of the bottom with a knife. Place the tin with the dough in a hot oven and bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

3. In a bowl, mix sour cream, egg and finely chopped dill, add salt and pepper.
