Stuffed peppers can be different because each stuffs them with completely different ingredients. I love stuffed with rice, meat and vegetables bell peppers stewed in aromatic tomato sauce. Here's a simple recipe for making peppers stuffed with meat and vegetables. We clean the peppers, wash them and stuff them with a mixture of fried onions, minced meat, boiled rice and zucchini. For dressing, fry garlic in a pan, pour tomatoes, broth and herbs. Pour the sauce over our bell peppers and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes. Good luck!

How to make

1. We wash the peppers, cut off the tops and carefully clean the seeds.

2. Grate the onion on a coarse grater and fry in oil until golden.

3. Peel the zucchini and grate on a coarse grater. Mix with boiled rice, minced meat and fried onions.

4. Add salt, pepper to the filling to taste, mix again and fill the peppers. Put the peppers in a large saucepan, pour broth and warm water. Simmer over low heat.

5. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and lower them into boiling water for a few minutes. Remove, remove the cuticle and grate finely.

6. Heat olive oil in a pan. Squeeze the garlic and fry for 1 minute.

7. Pour grated tomatoes and 500 ml of hot broth. Add salt to taste.
