We bring to your attention a simple and tasty preparation of pear. This puree can be used as an additive to ice cream or yogurt, as well as instead of jam for pancakes. We share the recipe! For harvesting use soft, sweet fruits. It depends on the taste of the puree. Also use real condensed milk and only of good quality. If you have a lot of juice when cooking pears, it is better to drain it so that the puree does not become very liquid in the future.

How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Wash the pears. With a vegetable razor, scrape off the bark.

3. Remove the seeds and cut the pear into pieces of 3-4 cm. Transfer to a pot with a thick bottom. Add water and put on medium heat. As soon as it boils, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for 30 minutes.

4. After boiling, pears can release a lot of fluid. If the juice is above the level of the slices, it is better to drain them. Let the pears cool slightly.

5. Then crush them with a blender.

6. Pour condensed milk, sugar and citric acid into the mass. Stir. Put on the fire, bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.

7. Pour the hot puree into a clean, dry glass container. Screw it tightly.

8. Turn the jar over, cover with a blanket and let cool so completely. Then store in a cool place.
