As the pear season begins, make this simple but delicious pear layered cake. Cottage cheese and butter give a creamy note, and the aroma and juiciness of the pear. Pears for the cake, choose dense and fragrant. You can use cottage cheese of any fat content and, if desired, mix sugar with cinnamon. Serve the cake with tea, coffee or milk.

How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients. Defrost the dough, rinse the pears and dry them.

2. Roll out the thawed dough a little, make the sides and make piercings all over the bottom of the dough with a fork. Line the baking sheet with baking paper and transfer the dough on it.
