How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients for making pancake bags.

2. Knead the dough for pancakes. In a bowl, beat the egg, pour in milk, salt and sugar.

3. Gradually add flour, whipping the dough with a whisk. Pour in refined sunflower oil. There should be no lumps.

4. Heat the pan, preferably with a non-stick coating. If you have a regular pan, grease it with oil before each pancake. Pour the dough into the pan with a scoop, evenly distributing it. Bake pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

5. Prepare the filling. Peel the mushrooms and onions, wash them and chop them finely. Put in a pan and fry in sunflower oil.

6. Finely chop the boiled chicken or pass through a meat grinder. Combine mushrooms with onions.
