The aroma of these fluffy, sweet, incredibly tasty buns with sugar and cinnamon will attract not only household members to the kitchen, but, most likely, neighbors will also come to the kitchen. Be sure to cook them! I suggest preparing the dough with the addition of fresh yeast. It is not necessary to use brown sugar for the filling - regular white sugar will do.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Heat the milk slightly in a saucepan over low heat, to a temperature of 35-38 degrees.

2. Rub the yeast into a large bowl with your fingers and put 1 tablespoon of sugar in it.

3. Pour warm milk into sugar and yeast, beat with a whisk until the yeast is completely dissolved and sift 4-5 teaspoons of flour into this yeast mixture.

4. Stir these ingredients vigorously with a whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture, similar in consistency to pancake dough. Cover the bowl with dough with a kitchen towel and leave for 30 minutes.

5. After half an hour, the volume of dough noticeably increased and acquired a porous structure.

6. Pour the butter (80 grams) melted in a saucepan over low heat into a separate bowl, add white sugar, vanillin, beat the egg.

7. Stir these ingredients intensively with a whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

8. Pour this egg-butter mixture into a bowl with dough.

9. Mix these two mixtures with a spoon.

10. Now sift the flour in parts and first stir in with a spoon, and then with your hands. Flour may be needed a little more or less than indicated in the ingredients.

11. Knead the dough with your hands for 7-8 minutes and at the end should get a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Round in a bowl, cover with a kitchen towel and leave to rise for about 1 hour. For the thirtieth minute, knead again.

12. An hour later, the volume of dough increased significantly.

13. Lightly sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a rectangular layer about 7 mm thick. Grease the surface of the dough with a thin layer of soft butter (20 grams).

14. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon and mix.

15. Evenly distribute the mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon on a thin layer of butter.

16. Roll the dough into a roll and cut into equal parts with a knife, put these parts with the cut side up on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave the future buns in this position for 15 minutes, and then place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. It is not necessary to open the oven for 20 minutes.
