This blend is very similar to what people call a white blend. But actually realthe white mixture is a bit more difficult to prepare and requires more ingredients, so my recipe for the mixture, which we traditionally eat on New Year's and other family occasions holidays, I don't dare to call it a real white mix. Although, still, what difference does it make to call it a plain blend or a white blend? The most important thing is that it's delicious :)

How to make

1. First, you need to prepare all the ingredients: hard-boiled eggs, potatoes - with skins, carrots - until soft.

2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.

3. Cut the carrots into similar cubes.

4. Place the carrots and potatoes in a bowl.

5. In a mixing bowl, add peas (without liquid, of course).

6. Cut the eggs into small cubes and put them in a bowl.

7. Finally, cut the sausage into the same cubes and place in a bowl.

8. We do the same with the cucumber - cut it into small cubes and put it in a bowl.

9. Add chopped herbs (onions and dill) to the mixture to taste.
