This blend is very similar to what people call a white blend. But actually realthe white mixture is a bit more difficult to prepare and requires more ingredients, so my recipe for the mixture, which we traditionally eat on New Year's and other family occasions holidays, I don't dare to call it a real white mix. Although, still, what difference does it make to call it a plain blend or a white blend? The most important thing is that it's delicious :)
