Minced meat meatballs is one of the most popular dishes on our dinner table. They are liked by adults and children. So that's what this recipe is for kids. Cutlets for children are distinguished by the fact that spicy spices, garlic, chilli are not added to them. They are prepared from turkey, chicken or rabbit mince. Everything else is quite traditional. In this recipe, I added zucchini to the mince, which softens the taste and gives juiciness. I did not lay an egg, the cutlets keep their shape well and do not fade. They can be baked in the oven, baked in a pan or steamed.
