1. Rinse the shins well and dry.

4. Rinse sauerkraut with water if it is too sour. Fry the onion and add the cabbage.

5. Chop plums, mushrooms and apples.

6. In a pan with sauerkraut, add fresh cabbage and simmer for 15 minutes. Then add mushrooms, apples, prunes, sugar, salt and mix. Put in the oven for an hour.
