How to make

1. Take a piece of pork and wash it well. We select spices to taste.

2. The spices I use are cilantro, oregano, thyme, pepper, salt, a mixture of bay leaf.

3. Peel the garlic and cut it into slices. In the meat with a thin knife we make recesses half the thickness and insert pieces of garlic into them. The more garlic, the better.

4. We coat the meat on all sides with a mixture of salt and spices and help marinate for three to four hours in a cold place. Then pour the meat with dark beer so that it completely covers the piece and put it in the refrigerator for the night.

5. In the morning, drain the marinade, dry the meat with a napkin. Wrap a piece of meat in foil. Place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 2-3 hours. At the end of the frying, unfold the foil and let the pork brown.
