Matsoni sauce is prepared on the basis of a fermented milk product from Caucasian countries. In this culinary masterpiece, they love to complement meat dishes, various sandwiches, fish, stewed vegetables and many other foods. I really like to serve with fried poultry or serve with a salad of fresh vegetables, as well as serve instead of sour cream with tortillas or other savory pastries.

How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Peel the apple and remove the seeds. Peel the cucumbers.
