Thanks to this sauce, mashed potatoes will be completely new and bright, incredibly tasty and appetizing. Potato porridge with bacon can be served to pickles or any dishes of your choice.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Peel the potatoes, wash and dry. Cut the potatoes into large pieces and put in a saucepan, pour cold water and put on the fire. Bring to a boil and cook the potatoes until tender 25-30 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, while the potatoes are boiling, peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the bacon (of both types) into small pieces.

4. On the stove we heat the pan, put the bacon and onion, stirring we fry for 4-5 minutes. If necessary, add a little oil.

5. When the potatoes are ready, drain the water and crush the potatoes. Add butter to the potatoes and add milk. Prepare a puree. Add a little salt to taste.

6. Add the cooked bacon to the puree.
