For my family, I often prepare a simple and tasty cake. For the cake, nuts and poppy seeds are used, a layer of sour cream with boiled condensed milk. After the casseroles are cooked, you need to give time to cool them. Then it will not be difficult to cut them into two parts. The finished cake also needs to be allowed to absorb the cream well into the patties.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar. Beat lightly.

3. Add 230 grams of sour cream. Stir with a whisk.

4. Divide the finished dough into two parts. Add chopped nuts to one.

5. In another, add poppy seeds. We pour the dough into two molds with a diameter of 15-15. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

6. Remove the finished patties from the oven, transfer to the board and cool well. Can be left for 6-8 hours at room temperature.

7. After the time has elapsed, cut each patty in half into two parts.

8. Prepare the cream. In a bowl, mix the chilled sour cream, condensed milk.

9. Beat with a mixer until fluffy.

10. When alternating patties (one with poppy seeds, cream, then the other with nuts), layer them with cream. Spread the remaining cream abundantly on top of the cake.

11. Decorate to your liking. Leave at room temperature for 2-3 hours to soak. Then you can serve on the table.
