Today I suggest making a delicious, hearty smoked pork rib chacho. This will save time and give the soup piquancy. Try the recipe! Be sure to fry the ribs, this will improve the taste. Kharch meat after cooking can be removed from the bones, but I prefer to leave it on the bones. Use long grain rice, but better not steamed. Along with parsley, you can add coriander greens to soup and adjust the amount of spices to your liking.

How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Wash and dry vegetables and herbs.

2. Cut the smoked pork ribs into slices, wash and dry. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat over high heat and fry the ribs on both sides for 2-3 minutes each.

3. Transfer the ribs to a saucepan with a thick bottom and pour water. Put the pot on medium heat, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.

4. After frying the ribs, add chopped onion and tomato paste to the pan.

5. Cut the tomatoes into pieces, put in a pan with onions, add spices.

6. While stirring everything, fry over medium heat for 10 minutes.

7. Put the fried vegetables with tomato in a saucepan, salt and bring to a boil.

8. Put the washed rice in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook until the rice is tender, about 25 minutes.

9. Add sugar to the kharcho to taste and finely chopped greens.

10. Chop the garlic and add to the soup. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and let stand for 30 minutes.
