How to make

1. Cut the pork into portions, beat a little, sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix ketchup and mayonnaise and brush the meat with this mixture, put in the refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours.

2. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and add the pork. Cut the onion into half rings and put it on top of the meat.

3. Grate three boiled potatoes and carefully place them on top of the onions.

4. Now mix 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise with 5 tablespoons of ketchup and spread the potatoes with this mixture.

5. Then add the sliced tomato and the cheese grated on a coarse grater. Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
