1. Prepare all the ingredients.

9. Knead the dough. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.

10. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Roll each one out at once on baking paper. Give the cakes a rounded shape by trimming along the lid or saucer.

11. Bake the cakes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 4-5 minutes. Grind one cake into crumbs to decorate the cake.

12. For cream, mix sour cream and sugar, if desired, beat with a mixer.

13. Grease the cakes with sour cream and sprinkle with slices of chopped prunes.
