For lunch or dinner, prepare an inexpensive, but very tasty and hearty potato dish for your loved ones. Grated potatoes dumplings are prepared quickly and easily! Potatoes you can grate manually on a fine grater or use a blender or shredder. Also, if you wish, you can fry pieces of bacon along with onions, so it will be even tastier.

How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. Peel and wash the potatoes. Peel the onion.

2. Grate the potatoes on a fine grater or put the potato tubers cut into small pieces in a chopper bowl.

4. Put the mixture of crushed potatoes on several layers of gauze.

7. Then pour the squeezed potato mixture into a clean bowl, add the starch that remained at the bottom after draining the potato liquid, salt it. Mix everything.

9. Boil water in a saucepan and very carefully lay out part of the formed dumplings. Boil the dumplings for 6-8 minutes.
