How to make
-
1. To cook goulash in a cauldron at home, you will need a minimum set of products. This time I decided to experiment and cook meat with potatoes (something like azu).
-
2. Cut the beef into medium-sized pieces and send it to the pan. Salt and pepper to taste.
-
-
3. We send finely chopped onions and carrots to the meat. Mix everything thoroughly and cover with a lid, slightly reducing the heat.
-
4. It is better if all this procedure was carried out immediately in the boiler. But if there is no such boiler, use a container with a thick bottom. In the middle of cooking we put the tomato paste (or tomatoes - if desired). Toast a little and pour everything with water.
-
5. Thirsty beef with vegetables over low heat, add the diced potatoes. Cover and simmer further (on average, it takes about an hour).
