How to make

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan, add mince, fry for 2-3 minutes, then add finely chopped onion, grated carrots and garlic.

3. While the minced meat is cooking, peel the potatoes and put to boil.

4. Add Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary to the mince, pour a glass of dry red wine, reduce the heat and evaporate the wine.

5. Add tomato paste and continue baking.

6. Pour in the chicken broth and saut until the liquid evaporates.

7. Drain the water from the boiled potatoes, crush the mashed potatoes, add 2 tablespoons of Parmesan

8. Add two egg yolks and mix well.

9. Add chopped onion letters to the puree.

10. Put the minced meat on the bottom of the baking dish.

11. Put mashed potatoes on top of the mince, make "waves" with a fork.

12. Sprinkle the top of the cake with grated cheese.

13. Bake the cake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
