Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. In no case should it be missed. To maintain a correct, healthy lifestyle, it is necessary to choose the healthiest and most nutritious breakfast. I suggest that many's favorite dumplings be adapted for a healthy, gluten-free and sugar-free breakfast. Now a large selection of gluten-free flour, I prefer brown rice, green buckwheat, coconut or almond flour. Choose the option you like the most. If desired, you can add a little sweetener to the dough or serve with wholesome syrup. For example: agave syrup, Jerusalem artichoke or just with honey.

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Put cottage cheese in a bowl, beat an egg, stir. Optionally, you can add a little natural sweetener, for example, stevia.

3. Add gluten-free flour. Flour can be more or less, it all depends on the humidity of the cottage cheese, so choose cottage cheese as dry as possible.

4. Add flour and knead gently into the dough.

5. Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out the "sausages" from each, cut into small equal pieces.

7. Boil 1.5-2 liters of water, salt, lay out the blanks and cook for 3-5 minutes from the moment they come out. While doing this, stir gently.
