Adding cottage cheese to fish mince at first glance may seem very strange. But cutlets get a tender, juicy, creamy taste. If you do not know, you will not even think that there is cottage cheese in the cutlets. For cutlets, any minced white fish is suitable. Choose soft, greasy cottage cheese, if it is grainy, be sure to rub through a sieve, otherwise it will turn into rubber balls in the cutlets. These cutlets will go well with a side dish of potatoes, rice or vegetables.
