How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Add gelatin, pour 100 ml. milk Leave for 30-40 minutes.

3. Roll out the thawed dough in one direction. The length of the layer should be 26-28 cm, cut strips 2 cm wide.

4. Prepare metal forms. Cover with a thin layer of butter. Take one strip and wrap it around the shape from the bottom. When rolling the dough, stretch it a little and grease it a little.

5. Spray the baking tray with cold water. Add the preparations and bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Everything that remains (residues) unused (too long strips) is baked together in a simple way.

6. Remove from the molds and store in the refrigerator.

7. Cut the cooked leftovers.

8. Dissolve the gelatin over low heat while stirring, do not boil.

9. Beat cottage cheese with sugar and 100 ml of milk in a bowl.

10. Add gelatin solution. Mix again by hand. Refrigerate the filling. When the filling has thickened, mix well again.

11. Fill the inside of the rolls with a special bag or a spoon.

12. Cover the part of the cream protruding from the roll in the cut leftovers of the baked dough. (We cut them in point 7).

13. Leave the rolls with curd cream to stand at room temperature for 1 hour, then you can serve it.
