To everyone who adheres to a low-calorie diet, I recommend making pizza from zucchini, which practically does not contain flour. Very tasty, healthy, light and simple dish. Zucchini pizza is a great substitute for traditional pizza, especially during the hot season. No need to turn on the oven. The whole cooking process takes place in a pan on the stove. The filling of this pizza, one might say, is classic. But to taste you can also pick up mushrooms or vegetables. Pica is prepared very simply and quickly.

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Wash the zucchini, peel and grate. Salt a little and let stand for 10-15 minutes. After squeezing the juice well, beat the egg. Mix zucchini with egg.

3. Add dried basil and flour. You can eat whole grains, but I have the usual wheat. Mix pizza dough.

4. Pour sunflower oil into a hot frying pan and lay out the dough.

5. Toast the pizza crust on one side over medium heat until golden brown. Then turn over and fry on the other side.

6. Remove the pan from the stove and coat the pizza with ketchup or any other tomato sauce.
