How to make

1. Mix the egg and sugar in a bowl. Beat with a mixer until fluffy.

4. Peel the kiwi and banana. Cut the fruit into thin slices.

5. Take a wide form. Grease it liberally with butter. Cover the bottom with sliced ??kiwi.

6. On top of the kiwi we cover another layer with cut banana slices.

7. Put the dough on top of the bananas. It is better to do it with a spoon. Place the mold with the future cake in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes (depending on your oven).

8. Remove the finished cake from the oven and leave it in the form for 15 minutes.

9. Sprinkle the dish or board with powdered sugar. Gently invert the cake onto a plate or board so that the fruit layer remains on top. Allow to cool and serve.
