Delight your family with cottage cheese casserole. But not the usual, but with the addition of mangoes. Even a small amount of this exotic fruit changes the taste of the dish. If necessary, be sure to prepare! If you can't buy fresh mango, use canned mangoes, only initially drain the syrup, which you can later serve with a casserole.

How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Put cottage cheese, 1 egg and protein, sour cream, sugar, salt and starch in a bowl. Set aside the yolk.

3. Crush with a submerged blender until smooth.

4. Peel the mango, cut into arbitrary pieces and put it in a bowl with curd mass.

5. With a spatula, stir the mango into the curd mixture. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.

6. Grease the form abundantly with butter. Pour the mixture and level it.

7. Grease the top with egg yolk. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes.

8. Remove the casserole from the oven.
