How to make

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Mix sugar and butter in a bowl. Mash with a fork.

4. Pour milk, stir with a fork.

5. Add cottage cheese and a pinch of salt. Stir with a fork. If you don't like white curd spots in baked goods, beat the mass with a blender until smooth at this stage.

6. Add flour, baking powder. Mix well.

7. The prepared dough should be viscous and homogeneous.

8. Take a baking dish, grease it with butter or cover it with baking paper. Divide the dough into three parts. Place one part of the dough in the mold and smooth it out.

9. Place half of the amount of raspberries on the dough.

10. Then again part of the dough and the remaining raspberries.

11. Place the rest of the dough on the raspberry layer. Smooth out. Put the cake in the oven, heated to 170 degrees, for 50 minutes.
