Crumbly, tender, with a rich apple filling, this pie is simply incredibly tasty. It can't be easier anymore and you only need the minimum amount of ingredients available. When preparing, I use a silicone baking sheet with a diameter of 20 cm, which I do not grease with anything and do not put baking paper on the bottom. For the filling, it is best to choose sweet and sour apples.

How to make

1. Immediately prepare all the ingredients. Butter must be well cooled.

2. To prepare the flour crumbs, pour the flour into the blender bowl, add 60 grams of sugar and 120 grams of cold butter, cut into pieces for convenience.

3. Turn on the mixer for 30-40 seconds. As a result, there should be fine, uniform crumbs in the bowl - this will be the future basis for the cake.

4. Peel the apples, remove the seeds, cut the pulp into small pieces.

5. Put the apples in a saucepan, add 60 grams of sugar and 30 grams of butter.

6. Simmer the apples over low heat until the sugar dissolves, but do not let the apple pieces boil completely.

7. Add half the flour crumbs to the baking dish and distribute them in an even layer with a spoon.

8. Spread the apple mixture from the pot in an even layer on top.

9. Then layer the remaining flour crumbs. Put the form with the cake to bake in an oven already preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

10. Cool the cake completely and only then start chopping.
