How to make

Beat the egg yolks with salt.

We rub margarine with sugar. We mix sour cream and oil into them. Pour rum or cognac. We mix in the beaten yolks.

Sift the flour and knead the dough, folding it over and beating it with a rolling pin. When the dough becomes elastic, we put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.

We roll out the dough to the desired thickness, cut it into strips and form jaggery. We cook the prepared jaggery in heated oil until they start to brown nicely.
