How to make
-
1. The basis of the cake will be cookie crumbs. Grind cookies in a blender. Melt the butter.
-
2. Mix the butter well with the crumbs. Put baking paper in the form under the cake (cut out according to the diameter of the form). Put the cookie crumbs in a mold and squeeze the mass well, put the mold in the refrigerator so that the base is firmer.

-
3. While the base is stinging, prepare two curd masses of different colors. To do this, first dissolve the gelatin in different bowls. While it is cooling we are preparing the filling: we crush the cottage cheese, sugar and sour cream with a blender, divide the mass into two equal parts (you can simply divide the ingredients in half and make two different masses at once). We will put a bag of dissolved gelatin on each side.
-
4. Dissolve the chocolate bar, pour the cream, mix well, and there should be no lumps left.
-
5. Put chocolate in the second half of the curd mass, stir, and also add gelatin. We got two masses for the filling.
-
-
6. Now remove the form from the refrigerator and collect the cake: alternately pour 5 tablespoons of chocolate and white curd mass on top of each other until it is over.
-
7. After filling out the form, draw a pattern with a toothpick: draw long lines to the edges of the form and make small teeth towards the center, as in the picture. Put the cake to languish in the fridge, preferably for the night.
-
8. To make it easier to pull the cake out of the mold, it will need to be slightly warmed up. For example, you can simply blow with a hairdryer. You can decorate the finished cottage cheesecake with berries, and you can serve it to tea. Delicious! You can find more similar recipes by clicking HERE!Source: povar.ru
