Delicious, tender cod fillets rolls, stuffed with eggs and herbs, will be a real find for lovers of fish dishes. Rolls are perfect for a festive table, lunch or dinner. Indifferent will definitely not remain! For rolls, it is better to use a small fillet of cod, preferably without skin. If you like a soft crispy crust, take fine breadcrumbs.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making cod rolls. -
2. Peel the onion and chop finely. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and fry everything, stirring for 5 minutes. -

3. Boil one egg, cool and peel. Finely chop and put in a bowl. -
4. Finely chop the greens and put in a bowl with an egg. -
5. Put the fried onion, salt, pepper in a bowl and mix everything. -

6. Divide the filling into four parts. Add fillet, salt and pepper. For each fillet, lay out one part of the filling, on the wide side. -
7. Roll each fillet into a roll, and tie the end with a toothpick. -

8. Roll each roll in flour. -
9. Stir the egg until smooth and immerse each wrapper completely in the whisk. -
10. Dip the rolls tightly into breadcrumbs. Put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. -

11. Pour the remaining vegetable oil into the pan, heat over medium heat. Reduce the heat and fry the rolls for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer the baked cakes onto paper towels to remove excess oil.
