Delicious, tender cod fillets rolls, stuffed with eggs and herbs, will be a real find for lovers of fish dishes. Rolls are perfect for a festive table, lunch or dinner. Indifferent will definitely not remain! For rolls, it is better to use a small fillet of cod, preferably without skin. If you like a soft crispy crust, take fine breadcrumbs.

How to make

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making cod rolls.

2. Peel the onion and chop finely. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and fry everything, stirring for 5 minutes.

3. Boil one egg, cool and peel. Finely chop and put in a bowl.

4. Finely chop the greens and put in a bowl with an egg.

5. Put the fried onion, salt, pepper in a bowl and mix everything.

6. Divide the filling into four parts. Add fillet, salt and pepper. For each fillet, lay out one part of the filling, on the wide side.

7. Roll each fillet into a roll, and tie the end with a toothpick.

8. Roll each roll in flour.

9. Stir the egg until smooth and immerse each wrapper completely in the whisk.

10. Dip the rolls tightly into breadcrumbs. Put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

11. Pour the remaining vegetable oil into the pan, heat over medium heat. Reduce the heat and fry the rolls for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer the baked cakes onto paper towels to remove excess oil.
