  • Carrots

  • Tomato

  • Cauliflower
    200 gr.
  • Green peas
    70 g.
  • Dill
    1 bundle
  • Salt
    according to taste
  • Butter
    to taste (in portions)
  • How to make
  • Prepare the vegetables for the soup. Wash and clean everything. Boil water. Season with salt to taste. Be sure to remove the skin of the tomatoes.
  • Finely chop the onions, carrots and potatoes. Put them first in boiling water, cook for 15 minutes.
  • Break the cauliflower into small florets. Cut the peeled tomato into cubes, chop the dill.
  • After 15 minutes, add cauliflower, peas and tomatoes to the soup. Boil for another 10 minutes.
  • Season the soup with herbs, then turn off. Let it boil for 10-15 minutes - and serve with butter. Delicious!
