How to make

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Cut the chilli and garlic into slices, the onion into half rings.

3. Put the prepared ingredients in a clean, sterilized jar.

4. For the marinade, boil water with sugar and salt. When they dissolve, add bay leaf and peppercorns. Boil for 2-4 minutes, add vinegar at the end. Bring to a boil again.

5. Pour the hot marinade into the jar. Close the lid and let cool completely. Then put in a cool place.
