How to make

1. Prepare all your ingredients.

2. Prepare minced chicken with a wheat baguette or bun and onions. The bun can be passed through a meat grinder or soaked in water or milk. Put everything together in a container.

3. Beat the egg into the ground chicken, add salt and pepper. Mix it up.

4. Fry over medium heat in a frying pan in vegetable oil and butter, first the mushrooms, then add the leeks.

5. Add carrots and peppers cut into small cubes, boil a little.

6. Spread the foil on the table, preferably 2 layers, slightly overlapping. Place the baking paper on the foil, place the chicken mince on the paper in a rectangular shape, about 1.5 cm thick.

7. Place the vegetable mixture in the center of the minced chicken rectangle, leaving about 5 cm from the edges. Sprinkle with dry herbs.
