How to make

1. First, rinse and dry the chicken liver.

2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry a clove of garlic in it. Then remove the garlic - this will give the oil a pleasant aroma.

4. Fry the pieces of liver in the same oil until golden brown.

5. Set aside the fried liver until we move on to the vegetables.

6. In the same pan, fry the carrots and onions for 5 minutes.

7. Then add the chicken liver and spices to the vegetables. I advise you to add cardamom, allspice, paprika or curry. Stir.

8. Add sour cream, stir and bring to a boil. If the sour cream is very greasy, you can dilute it with water.

9. Reduce the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes with the lid covered.
